Return policy

I don't have a formal return policy. If you don't like your item and it wasn't the vibe for whatever reason, hit up the contact page, and we can talk about a refund or an exchange. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and have a constructive dialogue about it. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). I do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases because I do not sell those things. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds

You'll know if your refund was approved or not. We will be in communication, and it will be abundantly clear when you can expect your refund to appear.
